How to Make Windows XP (All Version) Genuine Forever

You don't need virus software to make Windows XP Genuine, all we need is Notepad and copy paste...

Open Notepad by Start->Run->(type)notepad.exe

Now copy and paste this to Notepad:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\WPAEvents]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion]
"CurrentBuild"="1.511.1 () (Obsolete data - do not use)"

Save it as anyname.reg
Click the newly saved file and press Yes.

Your XP will be genuine in a gippy! Tested on Windows XP SP3(will work on any version I think)
You can download and have any updates non-genuine user can't have!

that is great thanks a lot

didnt work on my windows xp home edition sp3 said tne specified file is not a registry can only import binary registry files from within the registry editor

For me it's the same...when I log on, it asks whether I want to activate my copy of windows or not. When I hit "yes", it tells me that it's already activated. If I find a solution, I'll post it here.

Thank you very much, It really works.
