If you want to choose which files don't go to Recycle Bin
Well to do this just...just highlight the file you want to delete and then press Shift+Delete. A box will appear. Press Yes to confirm the deletion. It will not be kept in Recycle Bin...:-)
To set that all files when deleted will not go to Recycle Bin
Right click on Recycle Bin icon. Click Properties. Now check the 'Do not move files to Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted.'

Annoyed by the confirmation box when deleting files? To disable this...Right click on Recycle Bin. Click Properties. Uncheck the 'Display delete confirmation dialog'. So when you want to delete a file, no need for a Yes clicking required. The only backwards of this tweaks is that if you bypass recycle bin, your file will be deleted and you can't restore it back. So uncheck the 'Do not move files to Recycle Bin. Remove files immediately when deleted.'
Reduce the number of hard disk space used by Recycle Bin
Right click on Recycle Bin. Click Properties. Slide the slider according to your preferred amount. Best set it to 3% of your hard disk.
Thats it, do all of the step above and you will find a more efficiently life. Tell me if the steps are the same as in Vista and 7.
