If you open Task Manager, i will 100% sure you will found this process--ctfmon.exe. It takes roughly 3-8mb of RAM and if you disable it, it will start itself back again. It isn't a keylogger, viruses or any other malware. This service is for advanced text, handwriting and speech recognition. So, if you think you don't need this, you can always disable this, and its pretty easy to reenable too...
To disable just go to
Control Panel->Regional and Language Option->Languages tab->Detail->Advanced tab
Now check the 'Turn off advanced text services'
Restart your computer and check Task Manager, NO more ctfmon.exe!
To re enable, just uncheck the 'Turn off advanced text services'

Just found something interesting, after disabling this, you might find that some symbols in your browser look kinda weird....
