Google Chrome Stable and Beta Update [11.0.696.60]

Google has update its browser Stable and Beta channel to 11.0.696.60. This version fix one bug which make it trough  version 11.0.696.57.

REGRESSION: Windows painting issue while switching Chrome 11 window with overlapped app.
