| Ribbon UI in different views |
Ribbon UI are used in Windows 7 Wordpad, Paint and Microsoft Office 2007 and 2010. Now looks like Microsoft is going to implement this on Windows 8 Explorer shell.

Also, don't worry for the weird icon, I think it is just for testing purpose only, not official. And for anyone who hate this, please remember, without innovation, Microsoft would still be Win95 look a like...imagine 30 years later people say 'Wait, 30 years ago no ribbon UI in Windows OS! How can they work???'

| There is also a new File Menu Explorer which is very expansive just like the Office 2010 |
The Ribbon UI looks terrible and very space consuming, in short need a LOT of serious work. And hopefully the Ribbon UI can be easily turn off or hide so that people who don't like it or want to save space for a while can hide it.
